Caye Caulker Marine Reserve

The Caye Caulker Marine Reserve, comprises the turtle grass lagoon and the Belize Barrier Reef.  This reserve is co-managed by the Forest and Marine Reserves Association of Caye Caulker (FAMRACC) along with the Fisheries Department.  Sponges, Angel Fish, Christmas tree worms, parrotfish, shrimp, crabs and, lobsters of many different sizes, shapes, are just a few of the exotic creatures that can be found in the reserve.
