SUPPLIER CANCELLATION POLICY

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase abides by the policies imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal. Belize Portal Limited is not responsible for refunds and/or any dispute regarding cancellation policies. Please make sure you read the supplier’s cancellation policies before you finalize your purchase.

To request a cancelation, you may visit www.belizeportal.com and click on the tab “My Stuff” where you will have a list of all reservations made through belizeportal.com. You will then provide your reservation ID and click that you would like to make a cancellation. An email will be sent automatically to the supplier, letting them know that you have requested a cancellation (all your contact details will be provided). At that point, it will be the full responsibility of the supplier to contact you and negotiate a refund. Belize Portal, Ltd. will also send you an email letting you know Belize Portal, Ltd. has recieved your request for a cancellation and have forwarded it on to the supplier. The supplier’s contact details wil be supplied in the email and you are also free to conact the supplier to help reconcile your reservation.

Belize Portal, Ltd. will not be liable for for any refund or any dispute regarding cancellation.

TAX RECOVERY

Any tax charged when making a reservation is declared by the respective hotel, car rental or tour company or other supplier, which may differ depending on your travel arrangements.
